Lord Muruga also called as Skanda, Azhagar, Senthil , is the son of Lord Shiva and Lordess Parvathi. His elder brother is Lord Vinayagar. He explained the meaning of 'Pranava Manthara' to Lord Shiva, so He was also called as 'Thagappan Swami'. He is short tempered and becomes emotion very quickly even with his Father and Mother. He has two wives called 'Valli' and 'Deivayani'.
